Animal Wellness Clinic

Where compassion meets care, our animal wellness clinic is a haven of healing and happiness for our furry friends, because every pawprint deserves a path to well-being.

About the Clinic

Stand Up For Animals Wellness Clinic is pleased to have Veterinarian Dr. Catherine Moore, DVM providing care for your pet. We have a quality facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient. Not to be confused with a low-income clinic, this is a low-cost clinic open to anyone. We encourage all pet owners to be affiliated with a full-service veterinary clinic that can provide services that require hospitalization, emergency, and complex diagnostics.
Once a year, you should bring your pet in for an annual physical exam, which may include vaccinations and diagnostic blood tests for such diseases as heart worm and feline leukemia. Please bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important and we will work with whatever information you have.

Hours of Operation:  Alternating Saturdays & Mondays from 8-4; Tuesdays 8-4; Wednesdays are reserved for Surgery; Thursday 11-7

Our appointment book is computerized which allows you to make appointments for your pet. Emergencies are best brought to a local animal emergency facility. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call full service veterinary hospitals.

We require a 15-minute appointment for each pet, so if you are scheduling multiple pets for the same day, please be sure to book each pet for an appointment. This does not include surgeries. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact us immediately at 401-414-4785.

Please Note: Effective 6/1/2024 a $50 deposit will be required when booking all surgical appointments and is non-refundable if not canceled 72 hours (3 days) in advance and  a $15 fee will be assessed for missed wellness appointments.

Peppercorn and I want to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Moore, Caroline, Devon and Jen! Also, for SUFA and its generosity and warmth of heart in caring for our four-footed/feathered/finned friends. Peppercorn was so loved and well cared for by Dr. Moore and her colleagues!
