I just wanted to share an update about the wonderful cat Patches we adopted in June. She is doing very well in her new home. Our other cat Willy is overjoyed to have her around. They hang out and play all the time. Our two dogs have done very well with her as well. She really hasn’t come down from upstairs where we brought her yet, but she does watch us from the top of the stairs and is getting curious. We all go up and spend time with her and she seems very comfortable. I’m sure it’s just a matter of time until she will be hanging out next to me on the couch. I just wanted to let you know and thank you again for the opportunity to give her a great home. She is an absolute blessing and will always be loved and cared for. Maybe you could pass this along to the staff at the shelter? Oh and she has already lost a few pounds, which if you remember, was much needed.
